Last week, myself and my friend Lucy paid a visit to the exciting opening of Borough Kitchen, the new glass-fronted shop under one of the London Bridge railway arches.
I had first thought that it might have been a new cafe or restaurant – especially with its proximity to the famed Borough Market and considering the redevelopment of the surrounding area. However, I was mistaken (but not disappointed!)
Borough Kitchen describes itself as ‘everything the at home chef needs from the kitchen to the table’ – and they’re not kidding. This brand new home wares store has quite the offering; kitchen appliances, tools, specialist crockery, cutlery and even a display table for design inspiration. It was lovely to see the opening busy with foodies alike however this did hamper a few of the photos I was able to take. Here’s a selection from the evening and do pay a visit if you are in the area:
