You know you’ve got it pretty good when you can eat, drink and socialise until your heart is content all day, every day AND get paid for it! I’m painting quite a glamourous picture, but when it comes to my job, I know I am one very lucky lady to work in food and drink PR for Asda.

Last week saw all hands on deck as we laid on a spectacular feast for a wide range of media – from national newspapers to women’s lifestyle and food specialising journalists, they all popped by to see what new food and drink products Asda had to showcase for spring/summer 2014.

Another fabulous product is the new Fish Made Simple Seabass Fillet with Sundried Tomato filling – exceptional value as there are two fillets per pack for £4! Simply pop in the oven for 15mins, steam some veg or spinach as a side and dinner is served. A great new way to eat fish, without the fuss.
