A little product that I was lucky enough to try following the Asda Spring/Summer showcase.

These Extra Special Globe Stuffed Courgettes are packed full of flavour – a herb, sun dried tomato and garlic crumb is pressed together with feta cheese to bring these greens to life. Due in stores nationwide from the end of March 2014, priced at £2 each.

The distinct round shape and hollowed out centre means the courgette maintains its shape even when warmed through in the oven or microwave.

Two halves per pack make a great light lunch or starter when matched with a crisp salad!
