Looking for a London beer garden? Grand Union Brixton has to be one of the most interesting I’ve visited – with plenty of space for large groups (always a plus when space in London is so limited). The aptly named ‘Pleasure Garden’ hosts an outdoor BBQ serving burgers, wings, and veggie options, as well as a bar outside serving smashing cocktails (order a whisky sour – I enjoyed every sip). And how could I possibly forget the £5 Happy Hour cocktails (served 4-8pm daily)!

My favourite part about this outside area is that all of the tiki huts (which are also available to book in advance) are equipped with televisions, streaming sporting events – think Wimbledon and also the World Cup. What a great way to watch the footie with a cocktail or two in hand?
